From Dough to DoorDash: Transforming the New Rapid Fired Pizza Website
- Brand

- Website
"The old Rapid Fired Pizza website was dated, not particularly exciting, and the user journeys weren’t optimized. Our IT team worked closely with the team at Bodhi and Co. to implement a new website, with new branding, architecture, photography, and user journeys that reflected the brand and where we are going. We wanted a website that heroed our great menu and food choices and made it easy for the customer to get the information they wanted, and quickly. And of course, one that was fully optimized for our customers. We are delighted with the output and looking forward to seeing some great online results."
Mike Kern, CEO & President - Rapid Fired PizzaThe Brief
The Rapid Fired Pizza website was launched in the early 2000s and didn’t offer an optimized user experience or reflect the new brand and menu offer. As a partner who understands the company, the provenance of the food, and the quality of the pizza, they came to Bodhi and Co. to implement a new website. So that’s exactly what we did.
Client Experience
We already had a new brand visual identity, but we needed to go back to basics and think about the customers and the journeys we wanted them to experience. We also needed to ensure the website performed on Mobile, with third-party delivery and location integration.
Solution & Results
The 6-month project included design, new product photography, copy, UX, UI, testing, and rollout. The result is a high-performing and beautiful new website that celebrates all things Rapid Fired Pizza. From their story to the food they serve to the great people that serve it. Making ordering easy, and finding the menu and specific store information easy to find across 25 stores was the goal.
