Finiti Search is a recruitment organization focused on Fintech sales roles globally. They came to us looking to refresh an outdated WordPress website that better reflected their expertise and gravitas in the industry as market leaders. They also had an opportunity to leverage LinkedIn more. They had over 1,000 members within a job community that was relatively untapped.
Client Experience
We started with quite a blank canvas, which was exciting and our first port of call was diving into the company and DNA and really understanding what makes them different. We took their branding and modernized it and went to work on developing good solid content and well thought through user-journeys. With no in-house marketing person, we performed all of the marketing duties for them throughout the project, so it was end-to-end. Being as busy as they are (and not wanting to distract from the day-job and hiring people) we slotted in and pushed this through in a timely and efficient manner.
Solution & Results
Finiti walked away with an easy to manage website not only for their clients, but for themselves. Their clients and job candidates are able to quickly find information and get in contact with their team and the Finiti team is able to update job listings in a streamlined way. We’ve seen a significant increase in traffic since launch and some excellent candidates have come via the website to then go on to land and fill the role. We’ve since turned our attention to their social media channels with a big focus on LinkedIn and content, tips and job sharing.
