After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design in 2018, Jennie immersed herself in working with small businesses throughout the upstate, designing for Dapper Ink and The Landmark Project, and working on projects such as Fall for Greenville and Artisphere. During that time, she gained invaluable experience designing and launching effective marketing campaigns, working with print and web mediums, and effectively seeing products to market. Since 2022 she has been working as a freelance and contract designer and loves getting to work with so many different businesses on unique challenges and projects.
How would you describe what you do?
I take the messaging, the meaning, and the value and combine those through visuals to clearly and concisely tell stories. Whether that’s through campaign ads, web design, or a brand identity, I aim to consistently create engaging visuals that clearly represent our clients and their stories.
What’s your hidden passion?
I love problem-solving! Whether it’s the kind of creative challenges that I get to work with everyday with design, or just a decently hard jigsaw puzzle, I love a challenge to work through.
What do you love to do in your spare time?
I love to get outside and lose myself in nature. Looking at detailed design each and every day, I love to go for long trail runs or day-long hikes to clear my mind and refocus.
