Can AI answer my real-estate leads without sounding like a robot?
It can, if it is trained on your own replies and drafts for your approval first. The agent writes in your voice, pulls in the right listings, and you send or edit.
AI for real estate · Greenville & Upstate SC
Bodhi & Co builds AI agents for real-estate agents and brokerages in Greenville and the Upstate: lead follow-up that replies in minutes, showing and document chasing, and the AI search work aimed at getting you named when a buyer asks ChatGPT or Google AI for an agent. In our 2026 tests, 18 of the 32 agents and brokerages we tested (56%) were never cited in any AI answer.
In those tests the engines cited Zillow, Homes.com, Redfin and Realtor.com more often than any agent’s own website.

AI integration for real-estate agents & brokerages
New inquiry from Zillow, your site or a sign call? The agent reads it, drafts a reply in your voice with the three most relevant listings, and proposes showing times. You approve with one tap.
Missing signatures, inspection windows, lender documents, closing dates: the agent watches the file, drafts the polite reminder, and tells you when a person is needed.
From the MLS sheet and your photos: the listing description, the social captions, the just-listed email and the open-house page, drafted for your review in your brand voice.
We cannot see inside the engines. What our tests show is where their answers came from. On real-estate questions, the four most-cited sources were Zillow, Homes.com, Redfin and Realtor.com, and agents’ own websites made up 19 of the 760 citations we logged. These are our recommendations for being the agent an engine names:
That is the work of an AI search optimization engagement, and it starts with the free check: an instant read of your website, then buyer questions put to the four engines to show you who they name today.

Usually. Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE) and HubSpot each publish an API, though access can depend on your plan or need approval. MLS access depends on your board and often works through your existing tools. We map what is possible on the first call.
We cannot say why for certain, because the engines do not explain themselves. What we saw is consistent: Zillow was the most-cited source in our real-estate tests, and portals publish a structured, reviewed page for every listing and agent. Our view is that an agent’s site competes best on what portals answer less well: local knowledge, process, and who you are.
