The Brief

Pantee started life via Kickstarter in Nov 2020 and exploded onto the scene by taking unwanted t-shirts (deadstock destined for landfill) and making them into bras and knickers (panties). Co-founders Amanda and Katie were stretched thinly across all areas of the business, so Bodhi and Co. were engaged in providing strategic marketing support to scale and grow the business.

Solution & Results

A sharp go-to-market deck and strong performance result secured the next round of funding required in January 2022. An innovation pipeline was mapped, to ensure they had a good amount of NPD dropping at the right times. A better and more user-friendly website was implemented to help drive conversion. Stellar PR campaigns were activated to really drive brand awareness and land some big PR coverage in national media publications.
