New research: The 2026 AI Visibility Report

Relay · private AI · per company, unlimited users

Your AI has never met your business.

Relay is a private AI for businesses of 5 to 50 people that answers from your own files, email and systems.

ChatGPT seats are a spell-checker with a personality. They don’t know what you promised a client, which invoices are open, or how your company writes. Relay does. It has read every file, email thread, tracker and design you have, answers with the source, and does the next step with a person approving. The AI that works here.

Three questions your AI can’t answer.

The problem

“What did we agree with that client in March?”

The answer is in an email thread, a proposal and someone’s memory. ChatGPT has none of them. Copilot has one app’s worth. Relay has all of it and tells you where it came from.

“Draft the Friday update the way we always write it.”

Generic AI writes like everyone. Relay has read a year of your updates, proposals and posts, and writes like you. Then it queues the draft for a yes.

“Sarah’s out. What’s open on her accounts?”

In a 5 to 50 person firm, the business runs on what two or three people remember. The day one of them is unavailable, work stops or someone guesses. Relay is the handover that never leaves.

How it works

Five layers. One answer.

Relay sits above the tools you already run. It doesn’t replace Wrike, Microsoft 365 or Google; it reads them, remembers them, and tells them what to do next.

  1. Sources

Email, Drive, Slack, Canva, spreadsheets, your website, your own systems. Connected once, refreshed daily.

  2. Your tenant

One isolated database per company. Nothing shared, nothing trains a public model.

  3. The brain

Built on Claude. Every answer cites its source. Tell it a fact once and it remembers.

  4. Actions

Emails, docs, sheet rows, Slack posts and invoices drafted into a queue. A named person approves before anything goes out.

  5. Anywhere

Web app with history and projects, a Slack bot, and an MCP connection so Claude Desktop, Cursor or Copilot Studio can use your brain too.

Built for the firm where two people know everything.

Who it’s for

Distributors and trading desks

Prices move daily and the deals live in email. “What did we pay that mill in September?” answered in seconds, with the thread.

Recruiters and agencies

Every placement and every campaign is a handoff. Relay carries the client history, the brand rules and the voice. Partners can offer it under their own brand.

Operators, contractors, professional services

Home health, construction, law, accounting, property management. Anyone with a coordinator who carries the business in their head.

Anyone planning a hire, a handover or a sale

Relay is the onboarding, the succession plan and the due-diligence binder, written by the business itself.

Preview Week

Free, on your data. Deleted if you don’t sign.

Don’t take our word for it. Give us read access to your website, a shared folder and one mailbox. Two days later your team asks Relay anything about your company and it answers with the source. You get five days to live with it.

  1. Day 1–2

We build your tenant and connect the sources. You do nothing.

  2. Day 3–7

Up to four people use it for real work. Ask-anything, with sources. Slack bot if you want it.

  3. Day 7

A 30-minute call. Sign, and the preview becomes the live system. Don’t, and every byte is deleted that day, confirmed in writing.

Four previews a week, first come first served. Owner-led firms of 5 to 50 people.

Security

Where does our data live?

In your own tenant on US-hosted infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Claude is used through the API, which does not train on your data. A dedicated database is available for regulated firms.

Who can see it?

Your team, through their own logins. Every question and action is logged with who asked. No one at Bodhi & Co reads your data without your written request.

Can it do anything on its own?

No. Relay drafts; a named person approves. Integrations are read-only by default and revocable in one click from your own Google, Slack or Canva account.

What happens when we leave?

Export on request, full deletion within 30 days, confirmed in writing. Preview tenants are deleted automatically on day 7.

Do you work with healthcare, legal or accounting firms?

Yes, with rules: no patient records until Business Associate Agreements are in place; dedicated databases and your own sign-in organisation for legal and accounting. Our full security one-pager and a completed vendor questionnaire are available on request.

Isn’t this what Copilot or ChatGPT Teams does?

They surface files from one app at $25 to $30 a seat. Relay has read the whole business, writes in your voice, acts with approval and costs the same whether you have five people or fifty. Full comparison.

We built it for ourselves first.

Proof

Bodhi & Co runs on Relay every day.

Every client folder, tracker, email thread and Canva design we have is in it. It drafts our client updates, reviews our content boards against the brand rules, and chases our invoices. When a new person joins the team, day one they can ask what the longest-serving person knows.

Stop renting a genius that’s never met you. Try the one that has.

A Preview Week costs you nothing and takes two days of our time, not yours. If it isn’t useful by Friday, we delete it and say thanks.
