Rapid Fired Pizza first opened its doors in 2015 and while the pizza has continued to be delicious and go from strength to strength, their brand identity hasn’t stood the test of time. With a new leadership team on board in 2021 and continued growth, it felt like the right point in time to take a deep dive into the brand and to really uncover what the brand stands for.
Client Experience
Bodhi and Co. had been working on various brand campaigns and projects for Rapid Fired so we had a strong understanding of the brand today. We understood what was working, and used this opportunity to really look at what wasn’t working as hard as it should be and the vision for the company in the next 5-10 years. We started with a listening session with the client to really understand the brand challenges they were facing and the longer term vision and goals for the business. We took a deep dive into that insight by hosting a brand workshop where we had different stations set up to break down key focus areas. Throughout the different stations we presented logo variations, reviewed brand missions and propositions, looked at competitors from an eagle eye’s view, and discussed target personas and their potential need states.
Solution & Results
Rapid Fired Pizza now has that special sauce that sets them apart from others; a well defined brand identity that represents who they are and what they stand for. All of the different elements – from a new color palette, refined logo and fonts, new style and iconography treatment, and defined mission now work in unison to create brand awareness, loyalty, and excitement. Our next challenge is now to bring this alive in all new stores and retrofit old stores. So watch this space to see how it unfolds…
