Case study · Lexington County Sheriff’s Department
Recruiting the next generation of deputies for Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
Graduate recruiting campaign, content and paid social for joinlcsd.com.

The brief
Lexington County Sheriff’s Department needed a steady pipeline of qualified recruits, with a specific push toward college graduates. Bodhi & Co runs their recruiting marketing end to end: monthly blog content, social scheduling, Facebook and Google ads, and monthly performance reporting.
What we built
Project Tassel is the graduate-focused arm of the campaign. At its centre is a graduate landing page at joinlcsd.com/graduates, built with search and AI-search structure from the start: FAQ schema, meta and Open Graph tags, and clear incentive and pay blocks a graduate can scan in seconds.
Two Facebook ad creatives target graduates directly: Deputy Hannah Barr’s story as a school resource officer, and three USC graduates who chose LCSD. An ongoing blog series keeps the site fresh and answers the questions recruits search for.
How it works
The ads drive to the graduate page. The page answers the questions a graduate actually has: minimum age, how long the academy takes, what you are paid during training, and the education and Spanish-language incentives. Then it hands off to the application. Every month the department gets clean reporting on spend, clicks and applications.
